The Soufflé day was designed (and worked) as a slow time. Time to pause, reflect, gently enjoy.
In the photo above (left) Sheila is giving one of her "With these hands I made ... did ... invented ..." interactive talks. She shows off (right) the handprints blanket onto which visitors have drawn their hand in outline and sewers have embroidered them into place.
Folk took turns to read from their own works and time was made for some word-based gameplay.
